31st Annual Grape Expectations Symposium
The program includes experience and perspective from wine consultants, university faculty, as well as commercial producers. The emphasis is on quality grape and wine production. The morning session will start with an in-depth discussion of the newly detected grape virus known as Red Blotch. As is our tradition at Grape Expectations, the winners of the 2014 Governor’s Cup wines will be discussed and tasted. The producers of these wines will explain how those wines were produced.
