A great opportunity for winemakers to learn blending techniques. Participants will also receive advice on consumer expectations and meeting market demands. This intensive one-day workshop includes valuable information from expert speakers of Rutgers and Penn State Extension, red wine tastings, and panel discussions. NEW AND EXPERIENCED WINEMAKERS ARE WELCOME.
