Blending for style and varietal expression!

A great opportunity for winemakers to learn blending techniques. Participants will also receive advice on consumer expectations and meeting market demands. This intensive one-day workshop includes valuable information from expert speakers of Rutgers and Penn State Extension, red wine tastings, and panel discussions. NEW AND EXPERIENCED WINEMAKERS ARE WELCOME.

All registrants will learn about what makes a style, what different varieties taste like, and how to create a wine portfolio.
